A judge can require police together a warrant before obtaining cellphone records or location information from a cellphone company. C. After the 9/11 attacks I. 2001,President George W. Bush authorized the government to eavesdrop on phone calls and monitor the e-mails of Terrorism suspects without obtaining warrants.

  3. 3 advantages of technology tracking is 1 they can find out if people are doing drug transactions, 2 they can find someone that is hurt and is lost, 3 if someone was involved with a murder. The 3 disadvantages is invading your privacy, knowing to much of your personal info, and going to jail if they found out anything.

  4. After reading 1. It can help find criminal , it is used well in court , an can get a lot of information about a crime 2. It’s invading people’s privacy, it to much information let out, it make people paranoid. 3. I agree because it can stop crime and I disagree because it’s invading privacy.
