    1. Prison tattoos are made between the inmates and can possibly cause diseases with the criminals in jail.
    Why do you think prisoners continue to get more tattoos?
    2. I think they continue to get tattoos because what the tattoos simbolize towards them is important to them and they dont believe in following the rules.
